Hello,

I’m Hayley.

(She/Her)

I exercise my values in lots of different ways, the sharing of Yoga is one of them. I’ve worked with bodies and the holding of ritual spaces for over 15 years and they are both potent and powerful tools that can create meaning and cultivate wellbeing in our lives and in our communities.

Together we explore relationship
and the gaps in between.

My heart is in the accessibility of the practices I offer, and the barriers that prevent us from being able to connect; financially and energetically, to the physical spaces we share, to each other, to our communities, our bodies and to the rhythms and magic of the seen and unseen world. From separation, towards integration. Held, gathered and grounded and in deep care of one another.

In that care I acknowledge the lineage of the practices I share, and I am committed to respecting their origins and the keepers of these traditions. The practices of yoga (and most holistic healing practices) have a long history of being commodified and colonised by White folks, appropriated as a product to sell away from source culture (namely Black, Brown and Indigenous folks). And with the knowledge of this history, of white supremacy and colonialism, I am guided by the ethics of Yoga, of anti-racism and anti-capitalism which are fundamental to me sharing the practices in a way that allows them to be accessible to all.

My practices and ritual spaces are invitational - always.

Trauma aware, gender and neuro-affirming, always consent led. Upholding body agency and welcoming of all kinds of those bodies, at whatever stage of life you find yourself in.

I’m also a union organiser, who’s pretty funny, a little bit salty, along with being a mystic, a lover, magic maker and a mother.

Wanna dig a little deeper?
