I’ve been teaching since qualifying in 2008, after over a decade of my own committed practice, and I share these practices everyday in a way that lights me up.

I work with adults in a variety of different settings; online via my own home studio, privately one to one in your own home, in groups, in wellbeing centres and community settings with regular public classes open to all. On retreat in the UK and the EU. And I also work alongside mental health professionals in clinics focusing on young people in recovery, and with fitness professionals and sports teams. Alongside their grown ups, I teach children at UK festivals throughout the summer season, and in schools and organisations in a way that honours and respects their way of understanding and processing the world.
I am also an organiser and proud member of the Yoga Teacher’s Union, IWGB.
In a session with me you’ll find seasonal synchronicity, care filled flows, and slow, low somatics. I work with energetics, yoga asana, pranayama (breath work), self massage, a sprinkle of unstructured and unguided movement, along with meditation and supported rest.
My practices are always trauma aware, gender and neuro-affirming, and consent led. Upholding body agency and welcoming of all kinds of bodies, at whatever stage of life you find yourself in. Meeting you where you are, I invite rather than lead, encouraging enquiry, and movement with intention, awareness and curiosity. Rooted in compassion and a belief in the divine in and all around us.
Meet yourself here.
Moving from my home turf and the studios of London in 2015, you can now find me live ONLINE weekly and IN PERSON in my local community by the sea in East Kent.
