I’ve been teaching since qualifying in 2008, after over a decade of my own committed practice, and I share these practices everyday in a way that lights me up.

I work with adults in a variety of different settings; online via my own home studio, privately one to one in your own home, in groups, in wellbeing centres and community settings with regular public classes open to all. On retreat in the UK and the EU. And I also work alongside mental health professionals in clinics focusing on young people in recovery, and with fitness professionals and sports teams. Alongside their grown ups, I teach children at UK festivals throughout the summer season, and in schools and organisations in a way that honours and respects their way of understanding and processing the world.

I am professionally trained, fully insured and registered at a senior level with YAP and hold an enhanced DBS.

I am also an organiser and proud member of the Yoga Teacher’s Union, IWGB.

In a session with me you’ll find seasonal synchronicity, care filled flows, and slow, low somatics. I work with energetics, yoga asana, pranayama (breath work), self massage, a sprinkle of unstructured and unguided movement, along with meditation and supported rest.

My practices are always trauma aware, gender and neuro-affirming, and consent led. Upholding body agency and welcoming of all kinds of bodies, at whatever stage of life you find yourself in. Meeting you where you are, I invite rather than lead, encouraging enquiry, and movement with intention, awareness and curiosity. Rooted in compassion and a belief in the divine in and all around us.

Meet yourself here.

Moving from my home turf and the studios of London in 2015, you can now find me live ONLINE weekly and IN PERSON in my local community by the sea in East Kent.

Our online classes happen three mornings a week, and in the interest of accessibility will always remain by donation, our guide has always been £5, some donate more, some less, some not at all, and there's no checking or chasing.

Here’s a lil’ taster of the kind of class we have online

  • I returned to Hayley’s teaching during the pandemic and stayed. Her gentle and inclusive practice is the balm I have needed to navigate surgery, redundancy and living in an unfair world. The yoga is pretty good too.

    Denise, Hackney

  • I am 76 years of age and trying yoga for the first time. Hayley has been so supportive of both my inexperience and age and has tailored exercises so that I can still do them, but occasionally by sitting on a chair. I look forward to that hour each Friday morning for my health, mobility and finding new friends and would recommend Hayley and her classes wholeheartedly.

    Annmarie, Whitstable

  • I'm amazed at the community that Hayley has managed to build on Zoom. She makes the effort to connect with all of her students and for me, this makes it feel like a group rather than just tuning in

    Clair, Teacher, Belgium

  • Hayley's online class has become a permanent feature in my life. She creates an atmosphere that makes you feel connected and welcome. Regardless of your experience or physical abilities, her approach is accessible, rewarding and beneficial for everyone. She teaches with a lot of heart and compassion. Her honesty is refreshing, and her witty analogies have become my go to-to check in phrases to keep me grounded in these turbulent times.

    Kat, Zurich

  • Yoga on Wednesdays have added so much to my life, Hayley has been incredible since I lost my Dad, and offered me space to just "be". I'll be forever grateful for her kindness. She is also beautifully knowledgeable of the body and knows where to challenge me and as a Personal Trainer myself that is very hard to find.

    Lori-Louise, Personal Trainer, Whitstable

  • I've been practicing with Hayley for over 10 years and her classes are wonderful. They allow you time and space to connect with both body and soul. I leave the mat at the end transformed. Amongst all the craziness of modern life, I am so grateful to be able to now join her online.

    Mandy, Dance Teacher, London

  • Hayley’s Friday morning class is a haven. She creates a perfect balance between nurturing and challenging us all. Right from the start you feel completely safe as she guides you expertly with kindness and humour. Her classes build on your practice week by week to develop your mobility and strength. You can completely trust her to care for you and meet any individual needs. Whatever you bring with you to class, you will feel better by the end, both in mind and body. I love it!

    Helen, Whitstable

  • Each of Hayley's classes have a different focus flowing between poses. She instills confidence with her attentive and detailed instruction given with humour and consideration. I have been doing yoga for many years and consider Hayley an excellent teacher. The last couple of years of Hayley's classes has extended my yoga practice and helped my understanding of bodies.
